Business Development Executive

Title: Business Development Executive-Construction

Location: Montgomery County, PA

Salary Range: $130K-$140K, plus commission and bonus

Tiello has partnered with a highly successful General Contractor in Montgomery County, PA on their search for a Business Development Executive with experience in Mixed-use, Restaurants, Hospitals and Retail construction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. Must be a HUNTER. They should be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with prospective clients.
• Maintain consistent contact with existing clients.
• Manage sales pipeline.
• Analyze the market and establish competitive advantages.
• Track metrics to ensure targets are hit.

Qualifications

• Bachelor`s degree 3+ years in sales industry.
• Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• CRM experience is preferred.
