Position: Accounting Manager (Construction)

Location: Columbus, OH

Compensation: $80K

Tiello is partnered with a growing Commercial Roofing Company in Columbus, OH in their current search for a highly capable Accounting Manager to lead and manage their financial operations.

This is a pivotal leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment and is eager to help shape the financial future of a national commercial roofing company.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
• Oversee certified payroll and prevailing wage compliance
• Lead job costing, budgeting, and cash flow forecasting
• Utilize enterprise-level accounting software (note: not QuickBooks)
• Conduct quarterly financial review meetings with external accounting firm
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial decisions

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven accounting experience in the construction, roofing, or skilled trades industries
• In-depth knowledge of certified payroll and government compliance requirements
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Leadership experience with the ability to develop and manage a growing accounting team
